Pandollar – Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 8, 2025

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Pandollar application and all related services (“the Service”) provided by COMUP (“the Company”). By using the Service, users (“Members”) agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  1. “Service” refers to the Pandollar mobile application and all features provided through the app.
  2. “Member” refers to a user who has agreed to these Terms and completed the registration process.
  3. “ID” refers to the email address chosen by the Member for identification and service usage.
  4. “Dollar ($)” refers to the virtual reward point accumulated within the Service, which may be converted into real rewards when conditions are met.
  5. “Power Rate” refers to a boost percentage (%) that increases a Member’s Dollar accumulation speed. Power Rate can be increased by completing missions, shopping offers, daily check-ins, and other in-app activities.
  6. “Affiliate Content” refers to paid or free content provided by partnered third-party companies.

3. Posting and Amendment of Terms

  1. These Terms are available within the app under [Settings > Terms of Service].
  2. The Company may revise the Terms within legal boundaries.
  3. Amended Terms will be announced in advance, stating the effective date and reasons.
  4. If a Member does not express objection within 14 days, they are deemed to have agreed.
  5. Members who do not agree to revised Terms may face limitations in using the Service.

4. Interpretation of Terms

  1. Any matters not covered by these Terms follow applicable Korean laws and general industry practices.
  2. When separate terms exist for a specific feature, those terms take precedence.

5. Establishment of the Service Contract

  1. The contract is established once a Member agrees to the Terms and the Company approves the registration.
  2. Members must provide accurate information during registration.
  3. The Company may decline membership for inappropriate or false information.

6. Modification of Member Information

  1. Members may edit their personal information except for their ID (email).
  2. Failure to update information may result in disadvantages, for which the Company is not liable.

7. Service Description

  1. Pandollar provides a reward-based system where Members accumulate Dollars automatically over time, and at boosted rates through activities that increase their Power Rate.
  2. The Service includes:
    1. Rewarded advertisements
    2. Time-based Dollar accumulation
    3. Power Rate boosts via missions, shopping activities, attendance check-ins, and other features
    4. Affiliate Content offers
    5. Events and promotional features
  3. Some features may be restricted depending on legal or advertiser requirements.
  4. Advertising or promotional messages may be delivered via email/SMS with separate consent.
  5. Dollar accumulation may include exposure to ads or partner content.

8. Changes to Service

The Company may modify or discontinue parts of the Service when necessary.

9. Suspension of Service

  1. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or failures.
  2. Advance notice is provided when possible; otherwise, notice may be given afterward.
  3. Predictable losses due to suspension may be compensated in Dollars at the Company’s discretion.

10. Member Termination

  1. Members may terminate their account at any time.
  2. Remaining Dollars will be deleted upon termination and cannot be recovered.
  3. Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

11. Company Termination, Restrictions, and Disqualification

The Company may restrict or disqualify a Member for:

  1. Death of the Member
  2. Identity theft
  3. Fraudulent Dollar accumulation, including:
    - Use of macros, automation tools, emulators, or virtual devices
    - Bypassing advertisements
    - Engaging in the fraudulent accumulation or manipulation of Dollars ($) or Punch Power by exploiting bugs, system errors, or vulnerabilities.
    - Manipulating Power Rate or Service data
    → These actions result in immediate suspension or permanent deletion.
  4. Harassment or disruption of other Members
  5. Impersonation of staff or the Company
  6. Security breaches or hacking attempts
  7. Defamation or spreading false information
  8. Spam promotion
  9. Any violation of law or these Terms

11-2. Anti-Abuse Policy

  1. The Company employs systems to detect abnormal behaviors such as macros or multi-accounting.
  2. Minor violations may result in warnings; repeated violations lead to immediate suspension.
  3. Members may submit appeals via email (comup.help@gmail.com).
  4. Fraudulently earned Dollars, Power Rate, or benefits will be fully revoked.
  5. If an abusive Member causes financial harm to the Company or others, they must compensate all damages. Refusal may result in civil or criminal action.

11-3. Prohibition of Exploiting Bugs and System Errors

  1. If a Member discovers any error, bug, system vulnerability, or design flaw while using the service, the Member must immediately notify the Company and must not exploit such issues to obtain Gold, Gold Boosters, coupons, assets, benefits, or any other advantages, nor share such issues with third parties.
  2. If a Member exploits service errors or vulnerabilities, the Company may take the following actions:
  3. If the exploitation of bugs or system vulnerabilities causes damage to the Company or third parties, the Company may claim compensation for damages and request the return of any money, gift cards, assets, or equivalent value already provided.
  4. If necessary, the Company may pursue civil or criminal legal action against the Member.

12. Dollar ($) and Power Rate Accumulation

  1. Members automatically earn Dollars over time at a base rate set by the Company.
  2. Missions, shopping offers, attendance bonuses, and other activities increase Power Rate, which boosts the Dollar accumulation speed proportionally.
  3. Detailed Power Rate policies may be updated through notices inside the app.
  4. Server-side data takes precedence over client-side numbers.
  5. Attempts to manipulate ads or bypass accumulation invalidate earnings and may result in penalties.

13. Affiliate Content

  1. Members may redeem Dollars for Affiliate Content.
  2. Content availability is subject to partner company policies.
  3. Barcode delivery constitutes fulfillment.
  4. No refunds for change of mind.

14. Dollar Adjustments and Expiration

  1. Members may request correction of Dollar errors within 30 days.
  2. Fraudulent Dollars or Power Rate will be reset to zero.
  3. Expired partner deals may result in Dollar cancellation with partial compensation.
  4. Dollars unused for 12 months will automatically expire.

15. Dormant Accounts

  1. Accounts inactive for 6 months may be labeled as dormant.
  2. Dormant Dollars may be periodically removed.

16. Account Security

Members must protect their ID and password and notify the Company of unauthorized use.

17. Advertising ID

The advertising ID is used for targeted ads, fraud prevention, and accurate reward tracking.

18. Company Obligations

  1. Compliance with applicable laws
  2. Security protections for personal information
  3. Prompt response to user complaints

19. Member Obligations

  1. No false information
  2. No tampering or reverse engineering
  3. No infringement of third-party rights
  4. No harassment or defamation
  5. No unauthorized advertising

20. Dispute Resolution

Unresolved issues may be referred to Korean dispute mediation institutions.

21. Service Termination

  1. Notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
  2. Unused Dollars expire upon termination.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

23. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
